Title of position: National Consultant to support People’s Advocate to conduct a Country Impact Assessment of COVID-19 measures on child rights
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have:
- High level education in law.
- At least 10 years of direct experience, whether in Albania or internationally on human rights and/or human rights institutions, especially child rights, demonstrated through participation in advancement of human rights processes, through developing legislation and/or policy documents in the area, providing training programmes to professionals, through research and publications, etc.
- Some knowledge in the area of criminal justice for children, social protection, education and/or risk preparedness.
- Excellent knowledge of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the recommendations of the CRC Committee, and of ENOC work.
- Previous experience in assessing impact of laws or government policies over human rights is considered a strong asset.
- Analytical, writing, sensitive communication and organizational skills.
- Have good command of English language.

Title of position: Individual Consultant (Instructional designer) to support UNICEF Albania in creating an online learning platform for teacher training based on modules from the resource: Educating for intercultural dialogue, peacebuilding, constructive remembrance and reconciliation: A toolkit for teachers in the Western Balkans
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have:
- Advanced studies in education or social sciences;
- At least 5 years of experience performing instructional design for e-learning delivery of educational content, ideally with previous experience designing e-learning in the area of social sciences or education.
- Experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle.
- Previous experience in creating educational content for UNICEF and in Western Balkans will be considered an asset.
