Hi there! My name is Veronika Sosnich and I want to help teenagers from different parts of Ukraine! I was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Together with my team of friends, I undertake projects with the aim of helping teenagers at critical moments of their lives.

We are teenagers and know what problems youth can face in society. So we decided to help them overcome their own fears and problems. And with the help of specialists, we want to show how they can cope with their troubles and motivate them to move through life in a positive way.

We understand that it is physically impossible to help absolutely everyone. However, we can highlight the most important topics and unlock the potential of participants.

Unfortunately, there is currently a war in Ukraine, but our team did not stop with its ideas. We came up with another camp to help teenagers overcome the stress caused by the war. My friends and I are from Kharkiv, so we understand the anguish and physical fear felt by every fellow resident of the country. We were able to pull ourselves together and decided to help others overcome the fear and stress that everybody feels. So, in August 2022, our team organized a camp for teenagers focused on stress management.

This camp has become more just than a city camp – as we aimed for a year ago – and grown into a national-level camp. It was held in Ivano-Frankivsk and will additionally will be conducted in Khmelnytskyi, the western part of Ukraine.

The main goal of the camp is to convey the message to teenagers that life goes on and you need to move forward.

For the camp participants, we have prepared a series of trainings on topics such as stress resistance skills, financial literacy, effective communication and communication with parents. My team and I are very happy that we were able to motivate and unlock the potential of teenagers. We are glad that the participants of the camp managed to fulfil themselves through our games and training.

We know, for sure, that as we help teenagers, we motivate others to do good deeds.

Over 50 participants visited our camp. Here’s the feedback we received:

"I want to say a big thank you to all the organizers! This is crazy, difficult work that has brought a lot of emotions, happiness and joy to me, personally, and to others. This is about the time we spent together, about the new experiences and new information. These five days distracted me from everyday problems and helped me find peace within myself. Just a huge thank you, thank you and thank you again for investing time in such a necessary, useful, wonderful cause!”

“Thank you for a good time. I will keep the memories in my heart forever. You organisers are very cool, you always raise the mood and charge it with a positive vibe. Thanks to this camp, I found many like-minded people. Society really needs your projects. I hope that this camp will be held throughout Ukraine. The topic is really relevant, I wanted that as many teenagers as possible learn it. Keep changing the world for the better.”

“Thanks to you, I was inspired to create my own project, so I sincerely thank you for that♥️.”

“Well done 🎉 May each of your projects be as successful as this camp Never regret helping people 👥 Because this is an irreplaceable experience and memories 🖼️ Always develop and know: you will succeed in everything 😉 and, if suddenly not, then there will always be others who will care to offer help 😃.”
