QUOTATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 27 MAY 2026 at the following email address: [email protected]
The bidder’s quotation should include:
a) An offer with prices stated in RSD, together with the completed product specification from the attached document.
b) The signed quotation form, pages 4–6, submitted together with the quotation.
c) A realistic lead time for DAP delivery to seven locations across Serbia.
d) Confirmation that the Instructions and General Terms and Conditions have been carefully read.
If you require any additional information or clarification regarding this RFQ, please submit your questions in writing to [email protected], referencing this RFQ, no later than 25 May 2026.

Invitation to bid
Specification
Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope by post or in person to: UNICEF, Svetozara Markovića 58, Belgrade, no later than 25 May 2026. Contact person for collecting offers: Nataša Marković, tel. 063/279-509. Please notify us in advance if you intend to submit the tender in person.
- The tender form (pages 3, 4 and 5) must be duly completed, signed and submitted together with the offer. Please read the form carefully, in particular the section relating to the bidder's declaration.
- A completed list must be submitted: Mobile X-ray – specification.
- A catalogue of the offered product must be enclosed (supplemented with the reference numbers from the specification as proof that the offered device meets the required criteria).
- A valid Decision of the Medicines and Medical Devices Agency must be enclosed.
- Please read carefully the Instructions and General Conditions contained in the ITB document.
