Montenegro, August - September 2017 - Within the #ENDviolence campaign, supported by UNICEF and EU, living statues break the silence on violence against children without any words.

During August and September 2017, citizens of many Montenegrin municipalities will have opportunities to bump into these living statues, learn about the recently launched SOS parents’ line, think about the best parenting practices and support the #EndViolence campaign on social media.

The aim of these street performances is to raise awareness of the free SOS line 080 888 888 which provides parents with expertise and support to adopt and apply positive parenting principles every working day from 4pm to 8pm.

Street performances with living statues were first organized within UNICEF's #EndViolence campaign in South America - Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay. Montenegrin campaign replicates this good practice model.
