Accelerating childcare reforms across the region

Last week’s international conference, “Accelerating Childcare Reforms Towards EU Accession,” held in Tirana, served as a valuable platform for dialogue on effective childcare reform models. Participants exchanged best practices and explored strategies for the sustainable financing of integrated social services for children. Strong, cross-sectoral partnerships are vital to the successful implementation of the Childcare reforms - bringing together civil society, academia, international organizations, the private sector, and young people. International conferences with United Nations entities follow relevant Security Council Resolutions. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with partners to create greater opportunities for children.
