Review of integrated analyses conducted during the first 90 days of the Ebola outbreak in the Equateur province
During the first 90 days of the epidemic of Ebola virus disease (EVD) in the Equateur province of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), an integrated analysis unit was set up as part of the response to EVD, under the aegis of the Congolese Ministry of Public Health (MSP) with partners in social sciences, epidemiology and data management. The members of the cell worked together to produce analyses to support the commissions, the actors of the Response and the communities.
This report provides a summary of the main results of the analyses conducted, the actions taken, and the challenges encountered during these three months.
