Pathways is a digital competency framework designed for use in low-resource contexts across sub-Saharan Africa. It focuses on competencies that are core to the delivery of effective teaching and learning supported by digital tools in offline, low-connectivity, device-limited, and infrastructure-constrained settings. Pathways is practical, adaptable, and grounded in the realities of educators including teachers, classroom facilitators, school leaders and local education officers working in diverse national, local, and crisis-affected environments.
