The factors were based on children’s accessibility to basic social services across 5 social sectors including Health & Nutrition, WASH, Education, Livelihoods and Social Protection, and Child Protection.
These resources can support provincial governments across all administrative levels and sectors in prioritizing and taking into account the unique needs, helping children become better prepared and more resilient to vulnerabilities specific to their communes.
