Request for Proposal – LRPS-2026-9206019: Environmental Sample Analysis for the Nationwide Assessment of Sources of Heavy Metal Exposure in Children following MICS 2025

UNICEF Bangladesh is looking for proposals prospective bidders for the services of a certified laboratory to perform Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry testing, quantifying lead and other heavy metal concentrations, including arsenic, cadmium, and mercury, in food and environmental samples, in support of the next phase of the Nationwide Assessment of Sources of Heavy Metal Contamination following MICS 2025. The contracted laboratory will provide quality assured testing for samples collected during this assessment.

The Proposal will only be received at the E-mail address, [email protected]. In case of email submission, no other recipient should be copied ("Cc" or "Bcc"). PLEASE REFER TO DETAILED INFORMATION IN SPECIAL NOTES - PART II of the LITB document, for more Details.
Regarding the proposal submission:
a) Technical Proposal: in a pdf format. Please follow the proposal writing format provided in Annex-B and C in the proposal (after page 29 of the RFP).
b) Financial Proposal (BOQ): both in pdf format (duly signed) and excel format. Both pdf & excel version should be password protected.
c) If Technical and Financial proposals are prepared as one document, the submission will be disqualified. It will not be accepted as a valid submission.

Note: Proposals can be sent through multiple emails in batches not to exceed UNICEF's e-mail size quota of ten (10) megabytes per e-mail.
