A champion for healthy lifestyle and nutrition

Artur Aleksanyan is the most decorated Olympian of independent Armenia, a Greco-Roman wrestler, and one of the most renowned Armenian athletes of the 21st century.

Artur is an Olympic Champion (2016) and bronze medalist (2012), a three-time World Champion (2014, 2015, 2017), a four-time European Champion (2012, 2013, 2014, 2018), and European Games Champion.

Aleksanyan first started professional training in wrestling at the age of 9 under the guidance of his father Gevorg Aleksanyan, an honored coach of Armenia. In 2011, he became a Junior World Champion, after which he joined the national Greco Roman wrestling team.

From 2014-2017 Aleksanyan was voted the Armenian Athlete of the Year and awarded the second-class and then first-class Medal of Services to the Motherland, while the wrestling school where he trains was named after him. Aleksanyan is a graduate of the Gyumri State Pedagogical Institute.
