UNICEF in Armenia is announcing LRPS 2026-9204917 for the Production of audio-visual content on mental health and psychosocial support for adolescents and caregivers.
The purpose of this assignment is to produce audio-visual materials on MHPSS already co-developed with groups of adolescents and parents/caregivers and ensure quality production across the formats, topics and scenarios . UNICEF seeks to further engage them in the production process for validation and pretesting of the produced materials. The Technical and Financial proposal must be submitted to [email protected] e-mail address, by mentioning the LRPS 2026-9204917 and company name submitting the proposal in the subject line. The Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be sent as separate attachments in the same e-mail and clearly indicated as such in the file name (e.g., Technical Proposal_ LRPS 2026-9204917_Company Name and Financial Proposal_ LRPS 2026-9204917_Company Name). The technical proposal must not contain any budget-related information; otherwise, it will be automatically disqualified. It should be noted that the Completion of the Declaration on page 3-5 is mandatory and in case of incomplete Declaration, your application will be not considered. If the Company and its Management have not been found guilty by a final judgment or a final administrative decision for any of the matters stated in the Declaration, the correct response is "Yes".
It should be noted that UNICEF is an international organization with privileges and immunities recognized by the Government of Armenia. As such, it is exempt from VAT under the applicable provisions of the RA Tax Code. Vendors are expected to apply a 0% VAT rate when invoicing UNICEF.

UNICEF in Armenia announces LRFQ-2026-9205251 for the procurement of furniture, supplies, and didactic materials for equipping psychologist's rooms in 8 schools, divided into the following two lots:
- Lot 1: Furniture (including psychologist's tables, chairs, drawer units, storage shelves, bamboo and cotton shelves, meeting chairs, wall clocks, sofas, small tables, plastic baskets, soft bean bag chairs, and carpets).
- Lot 2: Didactic Materials and Games (including sand tables, emotion wheels, various developmental and board games, wooden materials sets, cotton books, shadow theater corners, and kinetic sand). Companies are welcome to submit their offers for each lot separately or for both lots combined. Detailed specifications, quantities, and requirements for each item are mentioned in the Annex 1.

Interested organizations are requested to complete Annex 1 by providing the unit price and total price for the items. It should be noted that for furniture items, like tables, chairs, the angles for the desks and chairs should not be sharp.
Suppliers are requested to submit prices for delivering each set of furniture and didactic materials, as well as provide the price per 1 km in Annex 2.
