Assessment of programs on responsible motherhood for and practices of work with pregnant women and mothers with children in penitentiary institutions

About
As part of a study devoted to assessing programs and practices for working with pregnant women and mothers with children in penal institutions to form responsible motherhood, the needs of women in such services, their attitude and readiness to participate in consultations, individual and/or group classes aimed at developing skills of responsible motherhood, care and upbringing of children, in particular using positive, nonviolent methods of education, were studied.
According to the results of the study, a program for the formation of responsible motherhood and prevention of child abuse among pregnant women and mothers with children in penal institutions was developed.
