Highlights

The Basic Cooperation Agreement (BCA) concluded between the Government of Uganda and UNICEF on 6 December 1995 provides the basis of the relationship between the Government and UNICEF.  This Country Programme Action Plan for the period January 2016 to December 2020 is to be interpreted and implemented in conformity with the BCA.  The programmes described herein have been agreed jointly by the Government of Uganda and UNICEF.
