Highlights
In 2018, UNICEF in Turkmenistan and its network of committed partners continued to work tirelessly to realize the rights of every child in the country. The year provided an opportunity to reflect on the first half of our joint UNICEF-Government Country Programme of Cooperation for 2016-2020. The country office also initiated the analysis of the situation of children, young people and women in Turkmenistan that will inform the Government’s and UNICEF’s priority areas for the remainder of the current Country Programme of Cooperation, as well as the following one.
