About

On 17 June 2025, the UN Secretary-General released the Annual Report on Children and Armed Conflict, covering January to December 2024 and documenting 41,370 grave violations worldwide. In the Syrian Arab Republic, 1,301 grave violations against 1,205 children were verified—a decrease of 18 per cent from 2023.
