To mitigate the negative effects on pregnant women and young children of the COVID-19 socio-economic crisis, the economic reforms and natural disasters, the Commission on Social Safety and Poverty Reduction under the Ministry of Social Development, has launched the Mother and Child Cash Transfer Plus (MCCT+) Programme.
