Closing the gap in youth skills and employment begins with understanding the youth and their experiences in the journey from the world of education to work. To better understand their needs, UNICEF, Ernst & Young India and Viamo undertook research to identify the aspirations, perceptions, and attitudes of youths in South Asia towards education, skill development and employment.
