Request for Proposals for Services (RFPS also known as LRPS)
UNICEF in Romania wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for the ”Legislative Monitoring and Advocacy Services activities for UNICEF in Romania” as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached at Annex B.
HOW TO APPLY:
E-MAIL PROPOSALS should be sent to: [email protected].
The reference RFPS/LRPS-2024-9188689 Advocacy and Company name must be mentioned in the subject of the e-mail.
The Bid Form (pg. 2 from the RFPS) must be completed and signed when replying to this request for proposal.
The Proposals MUST be received at the above address by latest on Wednesday, 20th March 2024, 15h00, Bucharest local time.
Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
It is important that you read all of the provisions of the request for proposal, to ensure that you understand
UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a proposal in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide
compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal.
Questions from Proposers.
Proposers are required to submit any questions in respect of this RFPS by E-MAIL to Hoang Van Nguyen ([email protected]), with cc to [email protected]. The deadline for receipt of any questions is 14th March 2024, 15h00, Bucharest local time.
