Highlights

Despite economic progress, many children in the Philippines are deprived of basic rights. Filipino children are still facing multiple and deep-rooted deprivations and vulnerabilities that impede their survival, development, protection and participation. This report also recommends measures to address the barriers and causes that prevent Filipino children from accessing their rights.
