Highlights
Namibia’s development goals post-independence, must begin with addressing holistic early child development. Putting the integrated delivery of early childhood development services in a comprehensive manner that looks at health and nutrition, protection and child welfare, and early learning services will yield a tremendous return on Government investment in the long run and should be placed at the centre of Governments future development plans.
This framework provides guidance and a recommended action plan to the Government of the Republic of Namibia and national partners involved in the provision of integrated early childhood development (IECD) services to help them implement a comprehensive integrated multi-sectoral response to early childhood development
