Children and Climate Resilience in Lao PDR: Synthesis Report 2023

Highlights

Lao PDR faces a dynamic range of threats distinct in nature, intensity and scale. Flooding, drought, storms and landslides are examples of climate-related events that have left their mark on almost all economic sectors, regions and populations across the country.

This study focuses on understanding these climate and environment-related risks in Lao PDR, its impact on the different sectors related to children and presents identified solutions or strategies.
