Highlights
UNICEF, from its Protection area, conducted a study on existing legislative provisions related to minimum ages and how they are developed in different national contexts.
The study offers an analytical vision of national legislations in order to advocate for minimum legal ages that guarantee the rights of adolescents, their protection against all forms of violence and the development of their potential and autonomy.
