A Real-time Evaluation was conducted between December 2024 to September 2025, against a backdrop of significant disruption characterized by donor funding suspensions, shifting migration dynamics, anti-migration rhetoric, political unpredictability and increasingly restrictive operational environments. The evaluation focuses on assessing UNICEF readiness and capacity to adapt his response to children on the move in the face of this new context of political instability and significantly reduced resources.
