About

The "Protecting Children from Online Violence, Abuse and Exploitation in Kazakhstan" programme, funded by the Safe Online Fund, aims to establish robust mechanisms to safeguard children in the digital environment.

Running from June 2024 to May 2026, the programme will strengthen national systems and build the capacity of government agencies, law enforcement, civil society organizations, and other key stakeholders. Its primary focus is preventing and addressing online child sexual exploitation and abuse (OCSEA), as well as mitigating related digital threats.

This initiative prioritizes developing effective protective measures, strengthening legal frameworks, and promoting digital literacy to ensure a safe online experience for every child in Kazakhstan.
