UNICEF Indonesia’s 2025 Annual Report looks back at progress made for children during the year while highlighting key results achieved under the Government of Indonesia–UNICEF Programme of Cooperation 2021–2025. It captures major achievements delivered through this five-year cooperation framework, including expanded immunization, reductions in child marriage and open defecation, stronger nutrition programmes, and greater integration of children’s priorities into national development planning.
The report also highlights progress made in 2025 as Indonesia advanced towards its Golden Indonesia 2045 vision, with children’s rights increasingly reflected in national policies, investments and priorities. Through partnerships with government, communities, young people, civil society, the private sector and prominent public figures, as well as development partners, UNICEF helped strengthen systems, generate evidence and scale solutions that benefit children across the country, particularly those in vulnerable situations.
