The regional learning platform on care reform in Eastern and Southern Africa provides an opportunity for government, UNICEF and others involved in care reform in the region to share learning through webinars, document exchange, a help desk, and pairing and mentoring.

The platform was established by UNICEF and Changing the Way We Care (CTWWC) and is supported by the consultancy firm Child Frontiers. The establishment of the platform was made possible by the generous support of the USAID Displaced Children and Orphans Fund.
