Welcome to AIDA (About Immunization: Dialogue and Advice).

AIDA is a free chatbot that provides accurate information about vaccines.

Developed by health experts from UNICEF, AIDA is a service for parents and caregivers to learn about childhood vaccines and have their important questions answered.

Vaccination is a safe and effective way to protect children from diseases like measles, mumps, rubella, HPV, hepatitis and polio. It helps build children’s immunity and protect communities.

AIDA  helps parents find accurate information that has been approved and certified by scientists and health experts. You can get answers to more than 100 questions including:

  • What are the different types of vaccines?
  • When should vaccines be taken?
  • What do we do if we miss a scheduled dose of vaccine?
  • What is in a vaccine?
  • What is herd immunity and why does it matter?
    and more!

AIDA can help parents in English, Albanian, Romanian, Russian, Serbian and Turkish and is available on Telegram (@aida_vaxbot) and WhatsApp (+90 539 975 1447).
