Highlights

Every child has the right to grow up free from violence, neglect, and exploitation. Achieving this requires more than laws and policies , it depends on a strong, professional, and motivated social service workforce (SSWF), able to reach children and families in every community.

This report is the first comprehensive mapping of the social service workforce for child protection in Bangladesh. The study provides an unprecedented overview of who is providing child protection services, where the gaps are, and what investments are urgently needed.
