Highlights
This manifesto presents a national call to action urging all political parties to commit, fund, legislate, implement, and annually report on measures that protect and advance children’s rights across health, nutrition, education, protection, WASH, climate resilience, and social inclusion.
It outlines ten priority commitments to build a better future for every child. These include strengthening primary healthcare, addressing child wasting with locally-produced therapeutic foods, ending child marriage, eliminating hazardous child labour, and reducing violence against women and children.
The document highlights the need for inclusive access to services for indigenous, minority, and refugee children, including portable skills for Rohingya children. It stresses ending the issue of “invisible children” through free, accessible birth registration nationwide.
