UNICEF-Bangladesh is inviting interested bidders with a proven track record and professional credibility, to participate in the attached UNICEF tender (LRPS-2026-9205433) for proposal to strengthen community engagement, partnerships with specialized facilities, conduct national and local level advocacy for social safety net inclusion, and build capacity among schoolteachers and peer leaders to support children with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) and other NCDs..

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. The Proposal will only be received at the E-mail address, [email protected]. In case of email submission, no other recipient should be copied ("Cc" or "Bcc"). PLEASE REFER TO DETAILED INFORMATION IN SPECIAL NOTES - PART II of the LITB document, for more Details. 
2. Regarding the proposal submission:
3. Technical Proposal: in a pdf format. Please follow the proposal writing format provided in Annex-B  and C in the proposal (after page 28 of the RFP). 
4. Financial Proposal: both in pdf format (duly signed) and excel format.  Both pdf & excel version should be password protected. Please follow the format for financial proposal in Annex-D.
5. If Technical and Financial proposals are prepared as one document, the submission will be disqualified. It will not be accepted as a valid submission.
6. Pre-bid meeting:

An online pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, 17 August 2026; Time: 11.00am-12.00pm (BST: GMT +6), to provide more clarification and respond to any queries.
