Highlights
This report was produced within the framework of the “Child-friendly policies and plans for the period 2023–26” project jointly implemented by UNICEF Viet Nam and the former Ministry of Planning and Investment (now the Ministry of Finance), with funding from the Government of Japan.
The objective of this report is to create a platform for building a forum for children and adolescents to meaningfully participate in the process of developing, monitoring and evaluating five-year and annual Socio-Economic Development Plans (2026–30) of three Mekong Delta provinces in southern Viet Nam (Bac Lieu, Ca Mau and Soc Trang), with a specific focus on environmental protection and responses to climate change.
