Highlights

UNICEF Türkiye Annual Report 2021 illustrates how, together with our partners, UNICEF delivered vital support to children. The report demonstrates the ways in which we have helped children in Türkiye – whatever their background or circumstances - to overcome the disadvantages they face to make a real and positive impact to their lives and give them the promising future they deserve. UNICEF supports all children including those from refugee families and those who are vulnerable and disadvantaged. By working collaboratively with the Government of Türkiye, and with other agencies and NGOs we help to ensure that all children in the country have equal access to education and basic services. UNICEF aims to transform the quality of life for every girl and boy. Whether it is improving healthcare for young children and mothers, revolutionizing learning for children of school age, addressing child mental health problems or helping young people with training opportunities, UNICEF supports children in every stage of their journey from birth to adulthood.
