Highlights

This study, prepared within the framework of the ACAR Project, which is implemented by UNICEF and co-funded by the EU, aims to enhance knowledge and build monitoring capacity regarding the protection of children’s and adolescents’ fundamental rights,
including the right to life, access to justice, and protection from ill-treatment. For this purpose, standardized data were collected, evidence-based analyses were conducted, and findings were reported in line with international child protection standards.
