When children and their families do not have access to clean water, sanitation and hygiene, nutritious food, health services and essential information, malnutrition rates rise to critical levels affecting the current and the future generation of children. For South Sudan, a nutrition crisis is inevitable if we don’t act now. UNICEF and WFP are calling on donors and partners to support a five-front battle- tackling malnutrition in South Sudan allowing children to survive and thrive.
