Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia and UNICEF

Belgrade, 10 September, 2026 - Branko Josipović, Acting Director of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, and Christina de Bruin, Director of the UNICEF Office in Serbia, signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia today, thus establishing the framework for improving mutual cooperation. 

The common goals of this partnership are aimed at strengthening cooperation in the field of monitoring children's rights and statistical data use as a basis for creating public policies and programs, as well as national statistical capacities by providing expert assistance, methodological support and knowledge exchange.
