In the context of COVID-19, UNICEF is supporting learning continuity for the non-formal Alternative Learning System (ALS) programme of the Department of Education. The ALS programme focuses on reaching the most vulnerable and marginalized children and youth who are unable to continue in formal education by providing them with alternative, flexible learning pathways.
