The UNICEF Cooperation Program in Paraguay 2025-2029 focuses on supporting the Government in the implementation of public policies and programs aimed at the most vulnerable children and adolescents.
The priority of this program is EARLY CHILDHOOD.
This cooperation program identifies opportunities to integrate development initiatives with humanitarian efforts and has the following objectives:
• Contribute to placing children and adolescents at the center of public policies with adequate investment.
• Support emergency preparedness by strengthening local capacities and technological innovation.
The program emphasizes the need for integrated, coordinated, multisectoral, and holistic responses to address the challenges facing children and adolescents. It also fosters collaboration with the government, civil society, academia, and the private sector.
