Where we work
Our offices across the country help deliver services where they are needed most
UNICEF has eight field offices in Myanmar, strategically located in different parts of the country. Our staffs in these offices ensure the delivery of our programmes at local levels, including areas that are hard to reach. While conflict and insecurity across a number of areas – mainly Rakhine, Kachin and Shan States – have challenged UNICEF’s delivery of results in some areas, progress is being made and UNICEF continues to advocate for unimpeded access to all areas where people are in need.
