In partnership with the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Public Service, the Ministry of Industrialization and Trade, and the Groupement des Entreprises de Madagascar, UNICEF has launched this tool to support companies and government institutions in implementing key policies that help employees balance work and family life. These policies include paid parental leave, flexible work arrangements, and support for childcare and breastfeeding. The guide is designed to be adaptable to four types of work environments: offices, factories, agricultural operations, and service sectors.
