Highlights
This policy and financing brief offers insights on the adequacy, allocative efficiency, equity, and sustainability of public spending on Early Childhood Education (ECE), which is a core element of Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) by the Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho. Its main objective is to make a case for the Government to invest in ECE by outlining a few recommendations on how the quality of investments in the early years can be improved to ensure every child has access to early learning opportunities.
