Highlights

This document aims to 1) contribute to the regional discussion around the definition and conceptualization of transferable skills, and their relationship with other skills; 2) emphasize the importance of developing transferable skills in Latin America and the Caribbean; and 3) identify programmatic entry points and practical experiences with which UNICEF Country Offices can provide technical assistance for the design and implementation of programs in this field.
