UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN’S FUND (UNICEF) would like to invite you to submit a proposal for RFP/KAZA/2026/001 - International institutional or individual consultancy for the Formative Evaluation of the Mental Health reforms, programmes and initiatives contributing to the effective multisectoral systemic collaboration between sectors in Kazakhstan.

Technical and financial proposals shall be placed in a sealed postal package as SEPARATE documents.

IMPORTANT – ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

- The reference RFP/KAZA/2026/001 must be shown in the subject of the e-mail

Technical and financial proposals shall be sent in SEPARATE files of non-editable format (e.g. PDF).

The allowed UNICEF limit for the volume of incoming electronic messages is 20 MB. When exceeding the limit, please send documents in several messages (use e-mail numeration) or through a download link.

UNICEF staff sends a bid receipt confirmation within 1-2 business days from the actual date of email receipt. If there is no confirmation after this time, participants shall independently ascertain that the bids have been duly received by addressing UNICEF via e-mails listed above.

 

The Proposals MUST be received by latest 6-00 p.m. (Astana time UTC+5:00) on 02 February 2026. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
