About

Young people from Small Island Developing States (SIDS) call for critical action from world leaders in a number of areas including education, climate change, healthcare and poverty.

Their urgent and collective appeals resulted in the drafting of a Commitment to Action document at the SIDS Global Children and Youth Action Summit charting the path toward a sustainable future.

They also constructed a symbolic wall of commitment outlining their personal pledges to advance the cause of SIDS that was featured at the UN SIDS 4 Conference in Antigua and Barbuda.
