Children are particularly vulnerable to environmental hazards, given their developing bodies and unique exposures, which can have both immediate and long-term health consequences. The findings presented in this assessment bring to light critical issues such as air and water quality, exposure to toxic substances, and the escalating risks posed by climate change, all of which have direct implications for children's health in Bhutan.
