UNICEF is looking for an accredited engineering and infrastructure firm to execute the structural, mechanical, MGPS and electrical works required to expand and renovate the existing isolation unit of IDH, Dhaka.
UNICEF-Bangladesh is inviting proposals from accredited engineering and infrastructure firms with proven track record and professional credibility, to participate in the attached UNICEF tender (LRPS-2026-9205432) to execute the structural, mechanical, MGPS and electrical works required to expand and renovate the existing isolation unit of IDH, Dhaka.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The Proposal will only be received at the E-mail address, [email protected]. In case of email submission, no other recipient should be copied ("Cc" or "Bcc"). PLEASE REFER TO DETAILED INFORMATION IN SPECIAL NOTES - PART II of the LITB document, for more Details.
- Regarding the proposal submission:
- Technical Proposal: in a pdf format. Please follow the proposal writing format provided in Annex-B and C in the proposal (after page 28 of the RFP).
- Financial Proposal (BOQ): both in pdf format (duly signed) and excel format. Both pdf & excel version should be password protected..
- If Technical and Financial proposals are prepared as one document, the submission will be disqualified. It will not be accepted as a valid submission.
- Site Visit: Thursday, 13 August 2026, From 2PM to 4PM at the Infectious Disease Hospital (IDH), Mohakhali, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Pre-bid meeting:
An online pre-bid meeting will be held on Sunday, 16 August 2026; Time: 11.00am-12.00pm (BST: GMT +6), to provide more clarification and respond to any queries.
