This OIAI charter, approved by the Executive Director (ED), was presented to the Executive Board (E/ICEF/2026/29) at the second regular session of 2026. The revision adds paragraph 42, clarifying that decisions on the appointment, renewal, non-renewal, and termination of the OIAI Director are made by the ED, in consultation with the Executive Board. The Executive Board welcomed the revised Charter.
