The President of Uganda's directive to the Ministry of Education and Sports led to the re-opening of educational institutions - nationwide in September 2020, in a phased manner. In this video, produced with support from UNICEF Uganda, learners are reminded to always adhere to the standard operating procedures while at school to combat the spread of COVID-19.
