Highlights

This FINAL DRAFT REPORT presents a comprehensive assessment and analysis of the situation of children in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), highlighting significant gaps in the respect, protection and fulfillment of children’s rights in the region.

Analysis of the data shows that outcomes for children in the region are significantly worse. Additional and accelerated support within BARMM is needed if the Philippines is to reach the Sustainable Development Goal targets.
