Highlights
Poverty and exclusion have a major impact on children's lives, preventing them from accessing basic social services and opportunities crucial for their development. While basic social services like healthcare, education and social protection exist in the country, children facing poverty and or exclusion face greater barriers to accessing services, because systems are not geared towards serving these children. It is critical to systematically identify them and their needs, reach out to them, connect them with basic services and track them throughout the system.
