Accountability Management

The Accountability Module enhances the already existing connection between HOPE and RapidPro and facilitates communication directly with beneficiaries from HOPE. It allows users to generate a list of SMS recipients for a one-off broadcast. The list of recipients can be generated per household, target population or registration data import groups, the list of SMS recipients that is generated in HOPE is automatically pushed to RapidPRO for dissemination. The module can also generate a list of SMS recipients to take part in a mobile survey. The SMS can either be one-off or interactive and is disseminated via RapidPRO.
